Special Application Gauges

Special application gauges are designed for industries where standard pressure gauges cannot meet operating requirements. These gauges are used under conditions involving high pressure, strong corrosion, vibration, high temperature, or high accuracy demands. The construction of these gauges uses specialized materials such as PP, PPE, phenolic resin, and stainless steel for the case. The window materials include polycarbonate, tempered glass, or safety glass. This ensures stable performance in aggressive media, including acids, alkalis, and chemical process fluids. They are suitable for measuring pressure in corrosive liquids, viscous or crystallizing media, high-temperature fluids, steam systems, and special gases such as sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), commonly used in electrical and power applications.
