Capsule Pressure Gauges
Capsule pressure gauges use a metal capsule as the sensing element to measure very low pressures. When pressure acts on the capsule, it expands or contracts slightly. This movement is transferred through a mechanical linkage system to drive the pointer on the dial, indicating the pressure value. These gauges are suitable for measuring low, non-aggressive gases and clean media that do not crystallize, do not solidify, and do not corrode copper or copper alloys. They are widely used in ventilation and combustion systems such as boiler air supply, gas pipelines, and dust removal equipment for environmental protection systems. They are also applied in medical and biotechnology equipment including ventilators and negative pressure devices, as well as low-pressure gas pipelines such as natural gas distribution and compressed air systems.
