Exact Instrument began its journey in Ma'anshan, Anhui Province. It was founded by Mr. Cheng Shilun, an industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience in pressure gauge manufacturing and factory management. Drawing on decades of technical expertise gained in state-owned enterprises, he established the company with a focus on producing reliable pressure measurement instruments. The business was originally registered as Maanshan Exact Instrument Company.

As production capacity continued to grow, Exact Instrument relocated to a larger manufacturing facility. The new factory covered approximately 15,000 square meters, creating the foundation for future expansion and increased production capability.

We attended the 113th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) for the first time. Supported by stable quality, responsive service, and competitive pricing, our pressure and temperature measurement instruments attracted strong interest from international buyers. Since then, Exact Instrument has participated regularly in both the Spring and Autumn Canton Fair sessions, strengthening relationships with customers from around the world.

Driven by China's Belt and Road Initiative and the company's commitment to international market development, Exact Instrument participated in its first overseas industry exhibition in Brazil. The event provided an opportunity to connect with local distributors and industry partners across South America. During the exhibition, we met with numerous local distributors and industry partners, several of whom expressed strong interest in long-term cooperation.

To support growing market demand, Exact Instrument began transitioning from traditional manual production methods to semi-automated manufacturing. We invested in advanced production equipment and process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall production capacity.

With export orders increasing year after year, existing production resources were no longer sufficient to support future growth. We expanded our manufacturing operations, introduced additional testing equipment, and strengthened the workforce. These investments further improved product quality, production efficiency, and competitiveness in international markets.

Growing customer demand pushed production beyond the company's existing daily capacity of 20,000 pressure gauges. To support long-term growth, Exact Instrument began constructing a new production facility within the current factory site. The new workshop will incorporate highly automated production lines and is expected to increase daily output to 40,000 pressure gauges upon completion.

We officially adopted the name Anhui Exact Instrument Co., Ltd. During the same year, a dedicated digital pressure gauge production line was added, expanding the product range and strengthening our ability to serve evolving industrial measurement requirements.
