Dry Pressure Gauges (Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauges)
Bourdon tube pressure gauges are mechanical instruments used for the measurement of gauge pressure in non-liquid-filled systems. The Bourdon tube bends under pressure and moves a mechanical linkage that drives the pointer on the dial. These instruments are suitable for stable operating conditions with minimal vibration and pressure pulsation.
They are commonly used in water supply systems, including building water distribution, pump discharge monitoring, and filtration systems. They are also widely applied in HVAC systems for chilled and hot water pressure indication, as well as in small compressors, air supply lines, pneumatic tools, and general pressure monitoring applications in both industrial and laboratory environments.
