Applications
Refrigerant pressure gauge, also called air-conditioning charging gauge or cooling pressure gauge, is mainly used to measure pressure values in refrigeration systems for different types of refrigerants. The dial includes multi-color scale markings corresponding to common refrigerants such as R12, R134a, and R404A, allowing direct visualization of the saturation temperature of each refrigerant under specific pressure conditions.
- HVAC and refrigeration maintenance: used in air conditioners, refrigerators, and cold storage systems to measure refrigerant pressure and detect leakage or insufficient refrigerant levels.
- Refrigerant charging and recovery: used during charging operations to ensure correct refrigerant filling and during recovery to confirm proper vacuum conditions.
- Industrial refrigeration systems: used in chillers and commercial air-conditioning systems for routine pressure monitoring and stable system operation.
